Swedish Massage

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

I'd been experiencing pain and muscle spasms in the area of my right thoracis and multifidus muscles (back near spine). Tina paid special attention as I explained my problem and dedicated a great deal of the session to that region. Of course the pain isn't completely gone after one treatment, but it is low enough that my motion doesn't feel restricted. I also haven't had a spasm since the session. It feels great to be functional again.
Besides alleviating most of the pain, I walked away more relaxed than I've felt in a long while; I generally don't consider myself to be a tense person.
